Honda 130 2002

What would cause a 130 hp Honda to have water drip out from under the forward part of the cowl when running.

Other than the fuel cooler , there is not much cooling water circulating through the front of that engine,however that lower pan is pretty intact and water can easily travel from rear to front depending on trim.Most of the time that would be caused by a leaky flush port but you are going to have to get back there and have a look.
