I am using a Garbage bin full of water to run my honda motor and I noticed there is oil on top of the water, I think it is mix with the water coming out from the pee hole. Is this normal or something is very serious inside the engine?

No, that would not be normal. Remove the cowling and pull the pee line loose from the lower part of the cowling and put a straw or something in it to let the water run w/o getting in your water in the can.
I would think it is from the exhaust. What year is your motor? Does it use oil?

Re: honda 10.0

The year I do not know, The SN:B100S-160325, all the parts I was told by local dealer are available. It is like a BF100E. It was not used for at least 3 years lying down on my friend's storage room. It looks like new outside and inside and there is no sign of abuse. There is no metal in the oil when I drained it. Oh yes I do not know if it is burning oil as I have not use it yet. I am planning of using it as a kicker for my 1998 Bayliner Capri(1959).
