I have a 1999 Honda 90 outboard. I noticed that when the engine is tilted in the up position it has an oil leak that is originating from what appears to be the crankcase vent. It is a 90 degree steel pipe that is 1/4 inch in diameter at the lower front of the engine. This is not leaking when running.
