Newer cars come with remote door lock devices on the key chain. Most have a panic button on them. Place your keys next to your bed. If you hear someone breaking in, press the panic button. The horn on your car will start blowing. Do a test from your bedroom. If your car is in the garage or driveway it should work for you. Try it and stay safe.
