holsclaw trailer suspension

my most recent project boat is on a holsclaw trailer with dual coil spring and shock on each side. the trailer seems to bounce ALOT, and i was wondering if i can replace the shocks that are on it with something a bit stiffer?

If the shocks are old, replacing them with new ones of the same rating may be enough. You don't want the suspension so stiff that more of the road shock is transmitted to the hull.

I've ran into the same issue with my Holsclaw trailer did you end up figuring it out? if so any info would be appreciated.
