Well fellows we caught some more!! We set lines with gold fish,,worked great.Those are some tough little baits,you need to try'em.Weights ranged from 16,27 and 48 lbs.We had caught some smaller ones,but put'em back to grow up.lol
Nice bunch of flatheads. I read your other post and wondered what was wrong with the blues you throw back? I never had any trouble eating the blues out of the river here so it made me wonder. When my Dad caught cats he caught mostly channels when we lived in Kansas.

I have eaten bluecat,but they were smaller.The ones I was referring to were bout 8 lbs.& larger.I really like channel cat as well;But the flathead is the best--in my book.
