I have recently purchased a 2000 Riviera Cruiser pontoon boat. I am trying to register it with the state. The number on the previous registration is 10 digit and appears to be the model # of the boat. The state requires a 12 digit HIN number. Can someone tell me where this HIN is located on the boat?
