Problem with my Johnson 70HP when I am cruising speed my water cooler outlet hole has a good strong stream yet when I increase up 75% plus tofull throttle I notice no water coming out of my cooler outlet hole. Is it my trim /designer modified cavitation plate stopping water getting sucked into the outboard system? My trim was down. What would cause this to happen and should I expect to see a strong water cool jet at high speeds?<br /><br />Thanks

Not Sure ,but I'd say to replace water pump just to be on the safe side, if you still have a problem then look further (If you can't remember the last time it was replaced replace it)
