Higgscraft Boat Any Info?

I just purchased a 1974 Higgscraft Boat with a chrysler '74 75hp-- The manufacturer is higginbotham co. I have so far been unable to find any info out on the brand of boat. It was manufactured in Austin Tx, which is where I live and where I purchased it. It is in great shape. But when I look around on the internet I can't find anything regarding this particular manufacturer-- Any Info would be great.

Higginbotham Boat Co. was a family ran business which ceased existence in the mid 80's...
It was located on Research Blvd near where the current Home Depot sits and across the streed from the current day Arboretum Shopping Center.
