Welcome aboard hootowbend..We are a mix here on the fishn side..Always lookn for new ways to fish the fin and hope you will share with us your side of the fence..<br /><br />What do you mainly fish for..I don't fish the rivers much..For some reason barges and me don't see eye to eye here on the Ohio side..<br /><br />Have caught some nice blues in my time on the river I must say..

Hmmmm After I posted I had to be gone for a while. Then I had trouble finding out how I got to this site . No I don't lie [much] about the fish we catch. May not weigh them so we don't know for sure what they weigh. No to tell the truth We fish the Mo. river so we do catch some 20 to 45 # blues and flatheads. We don't catch as many as we did a fiew years ago. I think the numbers are not there . I guess that is part my fault. Also the barge trafic is way down, we may not see a barge for 3 or 4 days at a time. We are at the 525 mi. marker.I'm headed for the lake of the ozarks, to fish for crappi this next week.I hear they are starting to bite.
