I have a Mercury 9.9 has a slite miss on hole shot and then at top end. Almost clears up at mid range can't notice it but at wot its almost like a slite crackle not reving a 100%. Motor is totally rebuilt but not coil packs and trigger. Switch box is new. Carb is also new. Could it be parts under flywheel like trigger or stator or coil packs? Plus new reeds were installed (boyesen).Thanks for any help.
