Hi , old member new motor need help. I have a Mariner 25 hp serial # OG202663.

I would like to know the year it is. It also has a bent prop shaft so I will be ordering a new one and also the seals I will need to replace it. also where would be a good place to order the parts and do I need any special tools to do this

Not sure how much this helps as i am new to mariners too. But I was looking for information on mine and threw your number out there too. Am pretty sure that is a 0 not a O. using that I found this.http://www.boats.net/parts/search/MercuryMarine/0g202663/368/parts.html

It does not give me a year but that is supposed to be your series. Might be a start.

I can't tell but looks like Iboats might have blocked part of my post. Just do a search using your number with a zero instead of an O and you should find it.
