Your post is totally confusing, and non-descriptive.

Is it safe to assume you're talking about a mercruiser drive?

You're getting water coming out of your gimbal bellows while running on muffs?

Or is it the exhaust bellows that's leaking water?

:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

If it's the exhaust bellows that's leaking while on muffs, then that's no big deal.

If it's coming out of your gimbal bellows, it's probably just water from the lake that's being pushed out by the spinning u-joints. That's the only way I can see water coming out of a gimbal bellows while running on muffs.

I'm guessing that English is also not your first language.

There is a larger bellows close to the top of the drive; this is the gimbal bellows.

There may, or may NOT be a bellows on the bottom. If there is a bellows on the bottom, this is the EXHAUST bellows.

If this is where the water is coming from, then that is normal. But you need to figure out where the water is coming into your boat from. If it's coming in through the gimbal bellows, replace it.

If you're getting water INSIDE the boat, check the hose clamps on the hose that runs from behind the engine to the front of the engine. Also that the exhaust pipe rubbers have still got their hose clamps on and they are tight....
