you still hangin round here? i have a question for ya.. 24ft tracker party barge with a 85 merc 115hp with porting work done pushing 150hp ... whats the right prop pitch gunna be?
btw... i used to go by catfish1 on here about 4 years ago...

welcome back,Walleyehed may have some suggestions but till then::
There was a long article here a week or so ago about modified motors
giving poor performance and prop selection not being the intire cure.
If I recall correctly it involved correct gear ratio change.Not saying a prop
won't do the job.Usually recommend testing with present prop and making changes based on prop size,max rpm and speed.
