tach <br /> <br /><br />picked up a tach for our '61 V4....there is a grey wire that goes to the points-mag. or battery, ignition....so the grey wire can go to anyone of these connection points or is the points the only or best place to connect. <br />The black wire goes to ground...then there are 4 connection points on the back also...C, 2, 3, 4....and says connect shorting terminals as follows: for the number of pulses per revolution generated by the above connected point contact ...meaning the grey wire I guess....since this is a V4 I would use the 4?? and connect it to what...and what is the C terminal for?
