Hey Clinton Lake Illinois boaters..

Family is planning on boating this weekend (August 4) on Clinton lake. Weve had a busy summer and havent been then there yet this year. I was wondering how the water level was since we havent had any rain to speak of? I'm guessing the waster is hot!

Just spent last Sunday afternoon on Clinton. I had no problem at all at the marina ramp, but I have read it is down a foot or two... Water on the east arm, above the bridge, was reading as 98 on my depthfinder, 85 on the west arm. Enjoy yourself, and keep an eye out for the crazies on their Jet Skis.
