No sure fire way my friend. You can measure the given resistance values but there are other reasons why they may be giving you different readings. slight corrosion would give you a different reading from spec but it may not prove to be the cause of your problem.
If you can get someone with same model and number and colour of wires to lend you his you may be able to eliminate the CDI or not.
