The manual for this motor calls for a Champion J4J or an AC-M42K. With a cross reference chart in an auto store you should be able to get all the equivalents to these two. I like Champions myself and since they changed their numbering system it sometimes gets a little difficult to get the right one. Usually somewhere on the package they'll have the old number. Gap is .030, incidentally.

J4C is the currant Champion plug and should be at any marina. It is a very common plug.
