i do not know your motor but normally they use a bolt that holds the starter motor on or theres a threaded hole on the starter bracket as thats were all the power is going to be used

It is not a stud, but a threaded hole.

Looking from the front of the motor, behind the right side of the air breather you will see the block metal that protrudes up to where the front starter mount screw is attached. Below this starter bolt will be a metal 1/2 bracket that looks like it could hold something round about 1 3/8" dia. On these protruding bases are holes that are tapped. Usually the ground cable is attached to the inner hole.

Hope this helps

it be over 100 they are balanced real good but don't seem high enough to me.

I would not worry about those numbers. A different gauge might give you a hundred but I would be just fine with the numbers you pulled. They could even improve with a summers use. Best of luck. Rick.

You could do a good decarb on it and it may help your compression and idle.
