Help with motor identification

Can anyone help me identify this motor?
Seller knows nothing about the boat/motor.
It is on a 2009 pontoon.

if the seller knows nothing..... then he knows nothing about the maintenance either

That's true. Its a wife selling the boat because the husband (boat owner/user) passed away.

I will say around a 2000 johnson 70 hp, Model # will give you exact yr and it has spent a lot of time in the water.

It can not be newer than 2001.-----Agreed based on the colour / graphics it is a 2000 model.
