Help with Merc motor identification

[18Starcraft]

recently bought an 18' Starcraft Mariner came with 80 HP & 9.9 Kicker, Mercurys. Can anyone identify the years from the serial #'s ? I do know the boat is an 81
80 HP 5663958
9.9 HP 0D291120

The 80 is a 1980/81 and the 9.9 is a 1994.
