Can you guys tell me what make and maybe what year this 40hp outboard is? The boat is a 63 Dorsett. Thanks

It's a West Bend or very early Chrysler product has it a serial number plate?

I've only seen a picture of the boat. I'm going to look at it Sunday. If it is either of those engines, how hard is it to get parts for it? Thanks for the reply.
