Long story short, the plank strip wood flooring glued to the hull rotted out of my 1950's sears boat. I removed all the old rot down to the laughably thin fiberglass hull. Currently I'm building back up with 1708, I currently have about 1.5 layers down. I haven't found many schematics of stringers/frames layout.
Any help or advice is appreciated, located in Charleston SC. Yes this is my first restore and I have little to no hands on experience, but would really like to keep going with it.
I'm thinking the following:
1. 2 more layers of 1708
2. Add in 3 total frames, 2 stringers, not sure best material to tab?
3. Add in flotation foam
4. Add in plywood floor, not sure what to use to glass it.
