i have a johnson super sea-horse electric outboard<br /> i have no idea what it is or what size,<br /> portable, you have to tighten two screws on the back of the boat from the motor.<br /> white in color<br /> it has 4 cylinders <br /> im sorry this is my first boat and i am not sure i know what a soft plug is, <br /> can you help me out.<br /> i don't have a manuel to look at.<br /> would some pics help? i have some that i could send.<br /> i found one plug, aluminum round with M on top then<br /> under it is J2460644

Hi danny, You must be getting frustrated by now, but I have to give you credit for your persistence. There are a lot of guys here that would be willing to help you with your motor, but first we need to identify it. Maybe a picture would help some, but will not be entirely conclusive.<br /><br />As others have posted, we need a model number, not a serial number. It should look like the numbers on this webpage: http://www.marinshopen.se/guide/omc/john2.htm <br /><br />If all else fails, maybe you can take a picture (or the motor itself) to a local marina or motor dealer and ask for help identifying it.
