Looking to find the oil and water separater filter I need on line.
Have been buying from the local Bass Pro or marine shops for the past few years.
They are getting TOO outrage-iss for the ease shall we say.
Can't seem to find the right part Merc #'s to cross reference.
Even here on IBOATS, trying to find is kicking my butt.
Seems simple, but I must be getting old!
Any help would be most appreciated.
Oh, the boats still covered so I can't look to see what the number's are.

iboats is not a Mercruiser dealer, so you will not find a listing of Mercruiser part number, or OEM Mercruiser parts. You can go to sites like dougrussel.com, they have a Mercruiser parts lookup.

Ayuh,... Your local Napa can put you into Napa/ Wix filters, by application...
The block mounted oil filter is Napa Gold, 1036...
I don't have the fuel filter # handy, but they can look it up, by application...

Re: Help with filter's

Thanks Bondo for the reply. As I look around on the internet, everything points to "remote mounted" for my skiff. Which by the way, I don't recollect it being that way.
All I know is that I'm getting older. Should know by now though whether it's screwed to the block or not. It's so close to the engine, on the port side..in the back, that I just remove the hose in the way to get to it. I just assumed that it was mounted to the block. Second guessing........It sucks getting old!

Oh and Bondo....
You can call my boat a barge anyday.:D
