help with cowling insulation

hi guys,
i found another cowling for my mercury but it has no insulation or sound deadner inside. can i make this or buy it somewhere?

DYNAMAT can be found in most stereo stores. Thry crutchfield.com. The extreme version is for high heat and is aluminum coated.

J.C. Whitney used to sell a sound deadening mat, adhesive on one side.
