Just last week i purchased my first onboard. It's a 1979 Marlin 25 ft. made locally in Oregon. Guy that i purchased it from had it sitting since 1995 and never took good care of it floors started to rust cause he never covered it and so on. I have OMC ford 302 v8 sterndrive!! i think. there is no manual that came with the boat. I went out bought one but it's pretty general. I need to know if i can just run this boat after i do a tune-up in my shop or i'm going to have to take it out. I'm also conserned how it cools. It's got a cooling tank on top above distributor cap. Does it circulate water from outside or???! since this boat hasn't been started up in 8 years anything i shoould to before i start it??! other then tune up. and if anybody has a similar boat i would like to know more info all help is greatly appreciated
