Help Replacing fuel tank on a 24ft 1996 Offshore Center Console ?

Have seen comments on this boat brand , knowing somebody out there has addressed ? Pleading for info ?

I have anticipated stringers to measure, but ran into no stringers over transom tank , but cross bars left to right? So where do you measure cutting out deck. 200 gal tank?

Assuming stringers are further up with 200 g tank going transom to bow?
