help on finding the hull (vin) number on starcraft fiberglass

hi, its raining big time this morning on the southern oregon coast. i bought a 71 startcraft from my brothers co worker. he has delayed giving me the title for 6 months now, i got sick and can no longer work on it. so im trying to sell it.. he gave me a bill of sale saying its a 69 starcraft, can you guys tell me where to find the hull no. i have the model and serial number and the boat id numbers on the sides. thanks===its a fiberglass boat with a 120 mercruiser and i believe its a 15 foot boat. thanks We looked all over the transom on the back of the boat, ive seen other hins there but for the life of me - i cant find this one --YET

Usually on the top right corner of the transom....outside corner..

Hull Identification Numbers were not required on boats manufactured before November of 1972. That may be the reason you can not find one if it is truly a 69 or 71.
