But When I Put It In The Water It Takes It Forever To Start, And When It Starts I Have Trouble Keeping It Running. I Have Ajusted The Carbs To 1 And Half Turns And Moved The Idel Speed A Little Faster. When It Is In The Water And I Try It In Gear It Would Die, And When I Do Get It In Gear It Blogs Everytime I Trottle It And It Stays Bloged Untill It Dies! It Seems To Have Low Hours But Will A Tachometer Help And Can You Please Help Me? . But If Anyboby Can Help Me I Will Greatly Use It. Ps I Just Bought This Boat And Want To Really Use It.

Try opening the idle mix screws a bit more. Sounds lean. Once you get it started, adjust the idle with the motor in gear.

Are you using the choke to start the motor?
Is the choke working properly?
Are you using the fast idle setting on the controls when you start it?

Are you pumping up the primer bulb in the fuel line?
Is the vent open on the fuel tank?

Is there spark on all sparkplugs?
Is there compression on all cylinders?

yep sounds lean to me that 1 and 1/2 turns should be enough to start it need to open the jets until it runs rough then close until it runs rough again and open them back about 1/2 turn past the center of the two settings
