I have a '94 60 HP Johnson and while doing my de-winterizing check up I noticed that the wire that is grounded to the block by the starter solenoid's upper mounting bracket screw is missing about 2" of insulation and beginning to corrode. Can someone identify what this wire is for and the best way to replace it or re-insulate it?
