It said Lowe Industries on the hard top and it is 8 1/2 ft. wide.

Appears to be a "Frankentoon". Parts from a Lowes and others. Interesting though! I'd like to see more pics.

It should have a VIN on the right rear (possibly on the pontoon). The three letter portion of the VIN indicates the manufacturer of that portion of the boat. A Google search will yield the list of manufacturers and their codes. .... Many pontoon boats are simplicity itself - a floating platform with anything you like bolted to it.
