Try clearing your browser Cache. I'll see if I can find a computer with IE8 to check out whats going on.

I tested it on a pc with IE11 and it works find, I'm not able to find a pc with IE8. Hopefully clearing your cache will correct the issue.

I tried your suggestion and it doesn't work. I had to reply to this on my phone as your relies don't show up and neither does the reply box.

IE 8 is ancient, and you may have to upgrade to 9 or better. Or try an alternate browser (Chrome, Firefox, Pale Moon).

I don't think compatability view is turned on. I don't see the icon for it in the address bar.
I'm on my work computer so upgrading to a different browser isn't an option.

You're on XP, aren't you? IE8 is the highest you can move up to. Same thing happens on my XP machine with IE8.

Looks like windows 7 to me.

You can also try better browsers like Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

I always get a "done with errors" mesage in the lower left corner for the browser. I clicked on it and these are the error messages. Might be helpful. Webpage error details

Did you check on the Compatibility Mode setting? Look in your browser Tools setting.

If I go to "Tools", Compatability View is greyed out. Below it, Compatability View Settings, I can open it but the box is empty.

Hmm doesn't sound like it is enabled then. I'm not sure what is going on here. Did this just recently happen ?

I'm working down in the city today. First I have noticed it here. I'll check out my machine when I'm back in Barrie tomorrow, but I'm sure it's fine. It was on Monday. On this machine, if I reduce the zoom to 75% at least I can see the whole screen.

OK iboats developers. I'll throw you a bone here. If you don't have any real testing tools then use this http://netrenderer.com/ You will see the issue he is reporting. As for "better" browsers (Chrome, Firefox) IE owns the business market, if you expect to be selling anything to people at work - make sure you are testing with the most prevalent browser.
