Hi there. I have a Shoremaster 40966 4000lb vertical lift V-hoist with the standard (believe non-whisper) winch on it that took a tumble (I don't know the story - just that the wheel got badly damaged & apparently the shaft). We have a new wheel, I'm looking for the shaft onto which the wheel used to raise and lower turns as it is slightly bent - enough so that the wheel touches the frame when it turns. everything else looks good and is working as it should other than needing a good cleaning. Having a hard time located parts for inside the winch - could someone help me out! We are on the verge of ordering a canopy frame which is going to have to go on hold if we need to spend $1000 to replace the winch for one part 
Other option is to see if a machine shop can straighten it out.
