HELP - Electronic Control Module - 99/00 Thunderbolt

Hi, once again I am here asking for advice. I purchased a 305 merc 99/00 on ebay and it turns out that it does not have the ECM on it anymore! Does anyone know first if you can run with out it and second where I can get one without losing my right leg? Used is fine since I know they rarely die. Thanks again!!!<br />MIke

MIke,<br />Is this a Complete Motor, With Fuel Injection ?????<br />The ECM Controls the Fuel,+ Spark.......<br /><br />If you can figure out How to run an engine with NO Fuel or Fire, I'm sure you'll be Rich.....<br /><br />SO, Without More Info on What you're Trying to do...????
