HELP....Chrysler 4.4 hp ID.

I can't find anything on this motor anywhere. Model number is 401 and serial number is 4759. It's an old Chrysler and I need to order parts. Is there a site to ID these outboards? I had one given to me (In Germen) and this motor wasn't there. Are there more that some of you know about. Thanks for all the help and Happy Holidays to all.
