Hello. I am hoping someone can help me. I just rebuilt my carb. I installed it, started the engine and it purrs. The problem now is it wont go below 1300 rpm??? I have tried the idle speed screw and now there is a gap meaning it will not go any lower. What do i do? I cannot get it lower than 1300...
