what I`ve done so far

-fluid check okay
-release valve screw closed tight
-changed o rings on release screw
-changed the 3 o rings on the piston ram
-refilled and bled the system

I`m still having the issue.
I cannot trim up under load but trims okay when moving slow OR when I am trimmed up and increase speed the water pressure lowers the motor.

I`m able to manually push the motor down with body weight. When I trim up pressing down on motor with body weight the trim stalls out at about halfway.

If it were the check valves in the pump shouldn`t I only experience issues in one direction? Motor falls down.... My issue is trimming up and keeping it up

The manual release valve can cause both bleeding down, and not trimming under load. I would inspect the manual release valve again and make sure none of the o'rings are pinched. Also make sure the tip of it hasn't broken off in the manifold. You should see 3 o'rings and the round shaped tip. Also just curious, what o'ring kit did you use for the release valve? If it was the full o'ring kit I would double check the o.d/i.d of the o'rings you used jic you may have used a wrong o'ring on the release valve?

Thanks for the o ring chart sizes.

I double checked and those are the sizes I purchased
