now they are saying it may be a civilian helicopter not a CG one. lots of conflicting reports

Chopper NOT CGs. It is Civilian. It crashed at the bridge where the Army Corp of Engineer workers took fire (Danziger Bridge) earlier. Speculation is it may have taken fire... stand by
