Heat Exchanger end plate?

going thru cooling system and cleaning up repairing etc.. question is the end cap does come off? for cleaning etc.. See pic! It's a San Jaun model

Kind of hard to tell looking at those little tiny pictures, but if it has a bolt in the end of the plate, yes it can be removed. Normally (Depending on manufacturer) there is a rubber gasket and possibly an oring or gasket on the bolt.
