2 questions what is the torque in foot lbs for head bolts and tighten ssequence on a 1999 120 force other is the rubber separators in the block have to be perfectly flat before head is assembled and head gasket installed can I cut the extra off seems like I squished them in as far as they will go mecahanic I used said 20 ft lbs ?
