I have 75hp Evinrude I replaced the impropeller thought that was the problem but the old one look good. While I had the lower unit off I took the thermostat off and hook a water hose to the copper tube to see how good of a flow I had running to the thermostst. On the left side I had about a 6in. to 7in. flow. On the right side I patched a hole that was on the tube after that had about 3in. flow. Before I done that I wasn't getting any to that side.I took the head off to see if there was any thing blocking it.It looked good.So I put everything back together. And started the motor to see if I had fixed it the head is still getting to hot.I had some sprinkle of water coming out of the exhaust about 3 feet.
Should the heads get that hot if it has water com-
ing out of the exhaust.
