Having trouble, Part #, 25hp 4s BF impeller

West Marine couldnt even locate a part for me in thier books.

2004 Merc 25 hp 4s bigfoot. Ive been searching here and google, merc site, you name it for a part number for an impeller kit.

I find 3 cylinder (which i dont have (2), 25XD, 25 Sea Pro and 25 (3 cyl.)

Even here on the site, which is where i started before trying west marine today.

Ive been looking for the impeller kit, and a carb rebuild kit in preparation for trouble. The impeller im going to take a swing at once i get a few days in warmer weather. Also, might just as well do the thermo too!

Any clues for parts for the sweetheart ?!?

If the code on the motor is needed, ill have to grab that tomorrow or either a helping hand ...... OR google

Thanks for trying to help. That part seems to be just the impeller. I was hoping for a whole kit. Plus i want to also buy a carb rebuild kit. That site is SO confusing its very frustrating.

I googled my serial and came up with nothing. It is OT868218 / 25ELPT 4S
The serials i have been seeing vary so much from this. I have found a 60hp bigfoot that starts with the same "OT", but who knows if the pumps are the same?

Ive through endless searches and looked through so many lists, my vision is getting corrupt

I have seen so many other bigfoot motor parts (40hp and up) and am very frustrated that i have yet to see any site list a 25hp as a bigfoot.
