Having motor issues? Check this

Been working on a motor that was not running right. Tried/looked at all the common areas....lot of work but NOTHING I did made a difference. Until I finally look at the MAIN male/female HARNESS. There was one pin that somehow was pushed OUT OF its position causing a disconnect. Very difficult to see. Shoved it back into place pulled the rope and it started and ran PERFECT. Previous owner had been dickin around with it.
DON'T OVER LOOK THE SIMPLE THINGS.

Gee, what was the color of the wire that had the bad pin?

Brown or orange....i can't remember.
There was a black one that was loose/out of place as well.
