Having a little dusting of snow tonight.

Started about 9:30 pm, had 5" by midnight.
Forecast is 6-11", ending about 9 am.
I betting on the 11.

Wind is a blowing, 15-25.
Door county/Green Bat area is getting 7' waves.
Marquette MI is getting 30 mph winds and 10-13'ers.

This storm track is very similar to the one that sank the Edmund Fitzgerald, just not quite as strong of winds.

Will be interesting to see the webcam footage of the lake in the morning.

Yeeouch! We've got rain going this morning, but I've switched outta' winter mode. Started planting in the garden this weekend, buncha' spring lawn maintenance ... shooting for the 2013 splash on Saturday.

Wow, looks like you got it too. Parts for sled, stator, got here Saturday, and the high 60's weather held for the repair. Just need to button everything up.
One more ride is a possibility.

The boat can sit just fine where it is for now.
I'll get a little fishing/boating later this month in South Florida with my son's boat.

Went skiing yesterday 2 hours away. I am glad I can drive to my weather.

Interesting times. We had about 2.5" of rain here Saturday and Sunday with upper 30s to mid 40s temps. Starting abut 40 miles west of me they had 4 to 7" of snow and are delaying school 2 hours or cancelling altogether today.
