have spark, fuel, and air

have an 3.0l engine that ran great last year, and won't start this year. I have spark at plugs, fuel going to carb, and it wont fire up at and. everything turns over fine, just wont run. have tried jumping kill switch, checked neutral switch, and still wont run. any ideas of what to check next?????

If you pump your throttle do you see squirts of fuel going into the carb throat?

Points or electronic ignition?

yes I can see fuel going into carb, and its fresh fuel this year as I drained the tank before winterizing

thats not what I asked .All you see is something squirting down the carb.take a tissue, pump the carb, wet the tissue ,see if it burns
If testing for spark with the coil lead close to ground the rotor may be broken
If testing with a plug wire then rotor is still good

from the time it ran good till now ,was any work done to the motor

says spark at the plugs, says the liquid from the carb is gas and burns then it should run. firing order is 1342 .
Compression test next to rule out stuck valves
