Has anyone heard of a Hydro-Jet boat?

I bought a boat on Saturday and I can't find anything online about who made it or when. I thought it was a 1972 Hydro Swift, which is hard enough to find info on, but when I got home and started cleaning it up I found the coast guard capacity sticker that says the manufacturer is Hydro-Jet and model is DV180. I can't find anything online about it, the HIN is a Utah state assigned number from 1973 and the motor is a 1973 Johnson but that's all I have to go on.

I'm not concerned about it, just curious. Anybody heard of these before?

Thanks. Certainly seems to be in good shape. There are a couple chips on one corner and some mild wear on the front of the keel, but for 45 or so years old I think it's pretty good.
