Century built a lot of different models Kev...whatcha looking to buy? What power plant? What year? What condition? How much?

Some of the late mid 50's to early 60's Century's were some of the sexiest boats of the era. I'd put them up against a Chris-Craft any day...not to offend any Chris-a-holics out there!!

Walt

actually walt, all I really know about it is that it is a 19 foot century, 1978 model with 5 liter mercruiser. I really like the fact that it has a mercruiser. It has a crack in the hull, and the floor is rotted a bit. I have seen a picture, and it does look to be a bit ahead of it's time as far as hull construction, but I haven't seen it all yet. I am looking for a fixer upper. I have just got my boat lined out, or at least I can't really justify doing anything major to it yet. It floats, and looks pretty good, so I'll have to get another to play with. :D

All the Century's I have seen have been pretty solid looking boats... heavy boat as I recall... 5.0 litre Mercrusier... good power plant (305 Chev) I would assume with weight of this boat... Rochester 4 bbl... Keep us posted...
