I get 17-20 on my 24ft 1978 Harris with a 1984 50hp Johnson, but I have no furniture weighing me down and a bimini I can fold up. I also have to trim on my motor. With the bimini open it's more like 15-17mph.

Down boy! Timmy, with a rig that age assuming no water in and no crud on the toons I'd say anything north of 20 would be reasonable, and anything north of 25 would be great.
