I have staring issues on my 96 rinker with 7.4 merccruiser and quadrajet carb just wondering if and one has had issues with well plugs leaking over night went to the lake this weekend and first day I cranked if for couple seconds went to full throttle and back to 1/4 throttle and bit fired right up ( it hadn't been started in a couple weeks the next morning put bit in water and tried same start process and it would not start I pulled the spark arrester off and I could see lots of fuel in carb the only way I could get it to start was crank it over at full throttle and it finally fired after it is started it runs good any ideas would be appreciated
